Discounts for longer stay
The discount for longer stay is applicable for periods larger than 14 days and will be negotiated individually based on the length of the period requested.

Cancellations & Refunds
In case of cancellations made more than 5 days before the start date of the reservation, the guest is entitled to 100% of the advance payment made when reserving. If the cancelation is made less than 5 days before the start date, the advance payment is not subject to refund and will not be returned
